Vehicle Application Form

As part of your application to lease a vehicle you are required to pass a credit check.

This application form is a standard form used by our financial partners to determine your suitability for a finance agreement. The decision on whether you are approved for credit or not will be made by the Lender and not by us.

We would like to tell you how the information you provide will be used in connection with your application. Information means the information you have given us, which we pass on to our finance partners, or which they receive from their own enquiries and searches at the credit reference and fraud prevention agencies. This applies to all applicants, including directors and partners if the application is made by a limited company, partnership or an incorporated association.

Our finance partner will check your details with credit reference and fraud prevention agencies, and these agencies will record the check. They will provide the agencies with your current and previous names, address and dates of birth of all parties, so if you are providing information about others, on a joint application, you must be sure that you have their agreement. The agencies will provide them with public information about you and any third party financially linked to you. Information such as county court judgements (CCJ's) and bankruptcies, electoral register and fraud prevention information on you and your financial associates, current and previous names, addresses and dates of birth. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information.

You should not commit to a finance agreement unless you are confident that you can afford the payments for the whole of the term of the agreement.

After completing the appropriate application form, please ensure that you read and agree to the Customer Declaration and Data Protection Act notice before submitting the application. We may charge a non-refundable fee of £199.00 + VAT.

Our fee will be invoiced to you and can be paid either by BACS by our online payment function which is accessible on our invoice.

In the event of a cancellation of your vehicle order, you will be liable for a cancellation fee equivalent to 3% of the P11D value of the vehicle ordered including any options. The P11D value (taxable value) of your vehicle comprises the list price inclusive of any options, including VAT, plus any delivery charges, but does not include the car's first registration fee or its annual road tax. You can check your vehicle’s P11D value at www.parkers.co.uk, the manufacturer’s website, or via your Greenarc Vehicles Limited order form. For further clarification, please speak to your Greenarc Vehicles Limited account manager. Example: Vehicle P11D value £20,000 * 3% cancellation fee = £600 + VAT (£720).

   Greenarc Vehicles offer products and services from a range of Leasing Companies, UK Vehicle Dealerships, and Product Providers with whom we have commercial agreements in place. We are a Commission Based Organisation which means that we receive payments for business introductions. We will receive financial remuneration which may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the volume that we place with that organisation. The amounts that we receive may vary and can affect the total amount payable on the agreement.

2. Which service will we provide for you?

   You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We have provided you with product information enabling you to make your choice about how to proceed.
